Terms of service

inquilo is a tool that helps you build a rental profile to present to landlords and agencies in Italy. The service is a one-time payment of €59 per profile. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.

One purchase corresponds to one profile for one named recipient. The profile is editable for 30 days from finalization; after that period it becomes read-only.

The profile PDF always remains downloadable from your account. A new recipient requires a new purchase.

You agree to provide truthful information and not to use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to present false data to third parties.

inquilo helps you present your application honestly and in an organized way, but does not guarantee that any landlord or agency will accept your application. The final decision always rests with the other party. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information you provide.

Payments are processed by Stripe. As this is a digital product made available immediately, any refund requests will be assessed in good faith; contact us at contact@inquilo.it.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the controller's place of business, save for mandatory consumer protection rules.
